Barrow & Barrow is a professional land survey company with over 25 years of experience serving Eastern North Carolina.
Based in Eastern North Carolina, Barrow & Barrow, PA is one of the largest surveying companies in the area. We employ 4 field crews, each fully equipped with total station theodolites, high-accuracy GPS receivers, and underground utility location equipment. These field crews are led by two project managers and supported by two CAD technicians. Also on staff is a certified UAS/Drone specialist. Barrow & Barrow, PA employs two Professional Land Surveyors (PLSs).
Company Bio
In 1979, Luther Barrow, Jr., PLS, started Barrow Surveying and Mapping in the back room of his home. Barrow Surveying and Mapping specialized in residential and farm surveys. In 1994, the business was incorporated as Barrow & Barrow, PA and then, in 2004, moved to its present location at 115 Heritage Crossing in Snow Hill. The business is now owned and operated by Stephen M. Barrow, PLS and Darryl W. Barrow, PLS.
